The Peoples’ Primary Health Initiatives PPHI Sindh is looking to hire applications for highly qualified, committed, and dynamic professionals to hire staff on a contract basis. Only residents of Sindh Province are eligible.
Company Introduction:
PPHI Sindh is a non-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984). Its NPO (Not for Profit Organization) status has also been recognized by the Pakistan Center of Philanthropists (PCP), a government-certified body to recognize Not for Profit organizations.
PPHI Sindh is registered as a local NGO with the Economic Affairs Division, Government of Pakistan, entitled to foreign assistance. It is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven experienced members with extensive and versatile experience. He is represented by former officials of the Board of Secretaries to the Government of Sindh (Health, Finance, Planning and Development, and Population Welfare).
The PPHI journey started in Kashmore district in 2007 and gradually spread to 22 districts of Sindh. This responsibility was first assigned to the organization in 2007 through the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) under an MoU with the Government of Sindh (GoS). In 2013, the organization was registered with the SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan).
The organization was set up to restore health services in rural Sindh. Its immediate objective was to ensure that the health facilities referred to by PPHI were fully functional and that health services were accessible to all.
A dedicated and competent management team was deployed, which worked diligently to achieve this goal. In a short period, regular attendance of doctors and staff in health facilities, as well as continuous supply of medical supplies, was ensured.
