- Preference shall be given to those who also know Urdu Shorthand at a speed of 60 wpm and typing 25 wpm in Urdu

- Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division)
- A speed of 25 words per minute of typing on a Computer in English
- Proficient in MS Office or any other compatible application, and he shall demonstrate such proficiency
Computer Operator:
- BA + 4 Months Training in Computer Languages/BCS (2nd Division)
